Refund policy
Whether it is your first purchase or you are one of our loved customer we want you to feel comfortable and love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us at idotdoodle@hotmail.com. We will be more than happy to assist you.
Returns and Refunds
We hope that you will be pleased with your order, if for any reason if you would like to return your item, We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please contact us at idotdoodle@hotmail.com within 7 day of receiving your item we will assist you with the return process as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
In-line with our returns policy, please ensure your item(s) is in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
You’ll also need to return any FREE merchandise (Promotions) that came with the product.
Regrettably we are unable to cover the costs of returns, so we highly recommend you use a signed-for or tracked returns postage as we are unable to accept responsibility for any lost returns.
Please note the costs associated with shipping are non-refundable..
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method or we can issue you with a gift card. If you paid by debit/credit card, it can take up to 7 working days to process and appear back in your account. If you used PayPal, refunds take up to 30 days.
Exchanges
To simply exchange an item, please contact us at idotdoodle@hotmail.com with your order number. We will assist you with the exchange process.
Exchanges are dependent on current stock levels. If we are unable to offer an exchange, we can process a refund or a gift card.
Damaged items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at idotdoodle@hotmail.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products such as special orders or personalised items.
